Ordering
You can:
- contact us to discuss your wishes to
- select products in the shop and place the order
Payment
We use Stripe for facilitating Bank Transfer and Credit Card payment.
Delivery
The moment the payment is received we start fulfilling the order:
- pass it on to the winery to pick and pack
- arrange the courier to pick it up and deliver it to you
We use DPD or similar international couriers for shipment of carton wine boxes from Slovenia to our customers in Europe
We use special wine shipment boxes from DPD or a specialized manufacturer which are certified by couriers like DPD.
Problem
In general, when there is a problem, for instance something wrong with the delivery:
- make pictures or a video!
- contact us immediately!
