About wine: A wine of bright yellow colour with greenish hues. On the nose it boasts elderflower and passionflower, as well as gooseberries, red grapefruit, and pomelo. In the background grassy and balsamic notes can be sensed, and even flint stone, which indicates the wine’s complexity. On the palate it is convincingly grassy, yet at the same time fruity. Full of surprises, pleasant and spicy, distinctively multi-layered, with a long sequence of new flavours that flow into a long aftertaste. An elegant, harmonious wine with a distinct mineral character.
