About wine: A wine of dark ruby red colour. The slow dribbling of wine drops on the wine glass reveals a rich body, indicated by a mighty flower with a predominant smell of red fruits, yet it is also gentle, grassy, and slightly spicy. On the palate it becomes a lavish wine of strong tannins, which ripen into trustworthy support pillars of an alcohol-rich wine with a vibrant acid. The taste reminds us of a dark-fruit jam (plums, black elder) with the addition of spices (green pepper) and garden herbs. In the mineral aftertaste a moderate spiciness comes to light, even though smoky notes are present throughout the aftertaste.
